Mrs. Jennifer Howard
This is my twelfth year at HTHNC teaching Humanities - although I am going on my 24th year of teaching! I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in History, then attended Loyola Marymount for my teaching credential, finally earning an MA in American Studies at Pepperdine University. Born and raised in Orange County, I moved to San Diego 15 years and have never regretted it! I have a huge family and I love spending time with my nephews and nieces. Passions include traveling all over the world; highlights have included riding a camel to the pyramids in Egypt, climbing the Great Wall of China, and hiking a glacier in Iceland and attending Oktoberfest in Germany. My bucket list includes one day taking a year and traveling the world with my hubby! Attending the theater, reading, and watching movies/TV and shopping are a few of my favorite things, along with party planning for events with friends. This summer I travelled both near and far- if you ask, I can tell you all about my adventures which included Bangkok and Singapore. I am really excited for this amazing school year, and I look forward getting to know each and every one of my students and creating some beautiful work and new memories! Let's do this!
